MINIMUM ORDER

-All orders must be in case pack quantities

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The terms are  Prepaid and Credit Card ONLY. The terms may apply on the second order depending on results of a credit check.
For Net 30 accounts, amount is due in full at 30 days (Calendar Days since Shipping Date). A finance charge of 1.5% per month is assessed on accounts not paid within thirty (30)days.
Accounts with past due invoices will not be shipped additional merchandise until payment has been made in full on the outstanding balance. We prefer a valid credit card in our file. We will not post charges until the invoice becomes past due.

DELIVERY
All merchandise is F.O.B. Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery by UPS, FedEx or cheapest way.

CLAIMS & DAMAGES
Merchandise damaged in transit must be noted on freight bill. Please inspect all boxes before signing freight bill. Claims for damage or shortage must be filed within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. All claims need photo(s) showing the damage. The claim will not be completed without the photo(s). Please allow one week for processing.

RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized by AFT and be initiated within seven (7) days after receipt of merchandise. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Returns not due to shipping error will be charged 15% restocking fee plus shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted after  thirty (30) days from receipt of goods.

All items are handmade. Actual sizes, patterns and colors may vary slightly.
